Consulting Austrian Eco Label for Robinson Club Landskron and Schlanitzenalm

Project goal

The goal is the accompanying consulting and assistance in obtaining the Austrian Eco-Label for tourism enterprises.

ÖNORM – SFA AWS – Applied Material Flow Analysis in the Waste Management. Ö-NORM

Project goal

Goal is the elaboration of an Ö-NORM (S-2096) that rules the application of the Material Flow Analysis Method for solving waste management problems.

 

NABKA –Sustainable waste prevention in Viennese Hospitals and nursing homes

Project goal

The goal of the project is to deliver the basis for an optimisation of the waste management at hospitals. Upon this, specific waste prevention measures are developed for three Viennese hospitals, and first practical steps towards implementation are initiated.

 

UVEMA – Implementation of waste prevention potentials for municipal administrations

Project goal

The goal is to implement the results of the project UVEMA, which are concrete operating instructions, together with the investigated municipal departments. Furthermore a success monitoring of the measures taken will be performed. The project shows the possibilities and limits of the strategy of avoidance from the perspective of the use of resources and environmental protection.

FCKW Rückbau – Sustainable CFC Management Austria

Project goal

Goal is to update the quantification of the CFC stocks, and, based on the EU Ozone Regulation, to draw an affordable, practice-oriented and sustainable CFC management concept for Austria. In addition, a concrete step-by-step base for the implementation is to be drafted, so to keep the CFC emissions from old buildings as low as possible.

 

Lakeside Sience Park (LSP) - Sustainability and Eco Efficiency

Project goal

Drafting and development of checklists implementing the state of the art of sustai-nable construction in the process of building the Lakeside Sience & Technology Park. The checklists consider the folloiwing aspects: sustainability and eco efficiency in (i) planning and conception, (ii) ecological construction site and (iii) eco efficient cleaning and management. In addition, sustainable optimisation options are suggested, based on the current state of process.

The objective is to promote the acceptance, the technical and organizational support and the creation of implementation-oriented basis for sustainable rehabilitation and modernization projects in buildings; in a plain, clear and user-oriented form.

BIOFAIR – Economical and environmental evaluation of the preparation of meals

Project goal

The project goal is the assessment of using fresh organic products in comparison with conventionally produced finished products.

NaBauPool – Sustainable Material-efficient House & Partner Pool Construction Ecology

Project goal

Goal of the project is to found in Villach a regional partner pool for sustainable construction and to supply it with information on the new and actual issue "Sustainable construction". Also, a criteria catalogue for sustainable and material-efficient construction is developed.

 

Sustainability coordination Lakeside Science Park (LSP)

Project goal

The goal is to perform sustainability coordination for the construction of the Lakeside Sience & Technology Park. This includes the coordination of sustainability and eco-efficiency measures for (i) planning and conception, (ii) ecological construction site and (iii) Eco-efficient cleaning and management.
