UMBESA - Sustainable diet

The goal of the project is to support canteen kitchens in the increased use of regional, seasonal and biological food and freshly made dishes. Furthermore the serving size should be optimized - especially the one of meat - and selected convenience products should be replaced by freshly food. Thus not only the climate will be protected but also the preparation of healthy dishes will be promoted.

Project goal

The goal is to create a convenient brochure for everyone who wants to build a new house or rennovate his old house or flat. The brochure informs you about contaminates in interior air and provides recommendations about buying and using of building products, furnishing and detergents.

NETwerk II

The goal of the project ist the discussion and dissemination of the results of projekt NETwerk I. An information folder has been created and delivered. The classification of points of intersections and possible solutions to reduce intersection points have been discussed during Interviews with experts. Furthermore a search after appropriate criterias in national an international bulding declaration systems has been implemented.

Climate and environment protection, energy efficiency, resource management, sustainable enconomy are current topics, we have to deal with. Many strategy papers and funding programs of the european union, of Austria and Carinthia (like EU 20-20-20, energy masterplan of carinthia) show the topicality as well as goals and solution approaches. Thereby many topics matter: renewable energy, energy efficiency, mobility, recycling, ecological food, regional products and services, etc.

The goal is to identify relevant points of intersection during the planing and construction of energy efficient and ecological buildings and to raise experts, achitets and craftmen awareness for this topic.

klimaaktiv regional partner for Carinthia 2016

The goal is to promote the "klimaaktiv building standard" in Carinthia. Furthermore the RMA GmbH implements consultings and plausibility checks based on the "klimaaktiv building standard".

The program "construction and renovation" is part of the climate protection campaign "klimaaktiv", initiated by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management (BMLFUW).
