The goal of the project is to inquiry the state of knowledge on the subject "City of the future". Furthermore an overview of the Smart City research in Austria should be given.

The goal of the project is the publication of the report "consumption, stock and destination of mercury in Switzerland - estimation of consequences of regulation". The results form the basis for the essential reporting of Switzerland in the context of the Hg-convetion.

The goal of the project ist to determine the amount of insulating materials in Germany containing (H)-CFC and to quantify their capacity of (H)-CFC. Thus the potential emission till 2010 will be esstimated.

The goal of the project ist to initiate an economic an social process in the district of Hermagor and the surounding mounainous regions of Friaul-Julisch-Venetien. This process should result in an environmentally sustainably self supply with energy on a local and/or regional level.

The goal of the project ist to find out the possibilities of the CO2-reduction in the field of the kitchen and the patients catering. For the Energy: The main energy consumers will be identified and their amount of energy consumption quantified. For the food: Activities for the reduction of food usage will be developed - both on the side of the input (order, processing) and on the side of the output (waste collection).

The goal of the project ist organize together with the Office of the State Government of Lower Austria, The Federal Economic Chamber of Lower Austria (Wirtschaftskammer NÖ) and the Construction.Energy.Environment Cluster of Lower Austria (Bau.Energie.Umwelt Cluster NÖ) an information event with the topic "resources efficiency in the building industry - planing and realising the proper treatment of construction waste".

The goal of the project ist to determine the amount, the composition and the renaturation capability of insulating material used in the housing construction of Upper Austria. Thus the amount of waste of insulating material can be estimated for now and the future.

The goal of the project was the estimation of savings of primary energy and CO2 due to the reuse of old furniture based on the work of the ARGE SOZIAL Villach (collecting and reselling of old furniture).

The project goal ist to verify how many produced diets are actually consumed by the patients. These facts help to further raise the efficiency of the food distribution. The comparison with the collected facts of 2008 enables the evaluation of the allready impemented activities.
