Successful completion of the project ReKuK
In autumn 2018, the project "Vocational Training for Chefs and Executive Chefs of Large-Scale Kitchens in Sustainable Food and Kitchen Management (ReKuK)" was successfully concluded. The project was funded by the EU programme Erasmus +. The project Leader RMA implemented it in cooperation with the University of South Bohemia (Chechia), Thüringer Ökoherz (Germany) and the Italian Association for Organic Agriculture - Liguria (Italy).
